Description An integer indicating the Primary VID of the MEP. A value of 0 indicates
that either the Primary VID is that of the MEP's MA, or that the MEP's MA
is not associated with any VID.

Description The administrative state of the MEP. True (active) indicates that the MEP
is to function normally; False (inactive) indicates that the MEP is to cease
functioning.
