Description An integer that is unique for all the Maintenance End Points (MEPs) in the
same Maintenance Association that identifies a specific Maintenance
Association End Point.

Dependencies Adding an entry with a specific MEPID creates associated entries in the
Peer MEP DB. Similarly, deleting a specific MEPID entry causes deletion
of association entries in the Peer MEP DB.

Description The index of the interface either of a Bridge Port, or an aggregated IEEE
802.1 link within a Bridge Port, to which the MEP is attached.
